My method begins by meeting you where you are. I provide a consultations and demos for interested clients and personalize my classes by engaging with each student, even in a group setting, to understand student's wellness goals and how he or she would most benefit from each class.

The unique classes I build combine a range of yoga styles (vinyasa, yin, hatha), targeted core exercises, traditional athletic stretching, and mindfulness exercises (breath work, meditation, visualization). I encourage students to use props and suggest physical modifications to ensure every body finds stability before safely exploring poses.

Ingrid does a great job of incorporating simple poses that offer lots of stretching and also using a few advanced techniques to push us out of our comfort zones a little. I enjoy her classes because she understands each session can’t be an exact copy. She tailors to the needs of her students and does it well.
